JK delivers many originals and true Joni Mitchell covers performed in Joni's original tunings and in Joni's original key. JK regularly performs around LA at various venues including The Canyon Club, Molly Mallone's, The Lost Chord, Tarzana Community and Cultural Center Singer-Songwriter Night, Cinema Bar, Kulak's Woodshed, The Fret House, Backdoor Bakery, The A-Frame, and others. JK headlined a Joni Mitchell Tribute concert at the Stardust concert series in 2023 and sold out a Blue Album tribute at Alva's Showroom in 2024. Recently she joined Ladies of the Canyon, a tribute band that covers Joni Mitchell (JK Jones), Linda Ronstadt (Robyn Roth) and Carole King (Carla Buffa). JK's goal is to channel Joni's brilliant music faithfully. She routinely receives standing ovations for her heart-felt Joni covers.
JK was awarded a scholarship to attend the 2023 New England Singer Songwriters Retreat for her original “Sisters of Mercy” which will be on her first album expected to be released soon.
